Birth Foam (Child Registration)

Sir, i am a pakistani citizen in dubai and i told my Wife to Reqister the Kids and get the Birth Form from Nadra on July and the (Form = 0N00149078) was given. after few days we were told that its been rejected. Since then no one from Nadra is willing to inform us why the Birth form is rejected. every day i am calling Islamabad Call Center ( 111786100 ) and My Wife is visiting the Karachi Nadra center but every one say that they have no Idea why the Birth form is rejected. I am holding a Valid CNIC 424011- 958138-1 & my Wife is holding a valid CNIC and we have the original Birth Certificates then still we dont know why its rejected.
Sir All i want to know the reason for rejection Kindly Help
