dear sir / madam i bag to say that a nicop card issued by nadra against my id no 35201-1602747-7 when i go to passport office for mad my passport then computer data entry operator tell me that u have a nicop card , but sir i have not , sir then me send a application to PHQ LAHORE .they get my all docoments and did my verification ,in this probelm they spend 5 month now my letter of cancellation of nicop send by PHQ to NADRA HEADQUARTER ISLAMABAD in the opertation develpment department since 15-10-2009 in this letter i m a correct person but sir card is not cancell up today, sir my future depend on my passport please sir solve my problem on urgent basis.i m very thankful to you. thanks & regard,s irfan waris 35201-1602747-7 cell no 0323-4311664.

my children name are mohammad taha and mohammad muzzamil . receipt no 001926800 please change the card with grand father mohammad waris thank you.we fax the information 25th of october .
