card hasn't received yet

hello i wanted to make a complain because i have been trying over the few months to receive my card and whenever i check online it says modification loss. so please can you help us, to resolve this problem. we have phone but they just reply phone next week. and this is constantly going on and they always say the same thing.
the person who we phoned was a guy called abdul satar
