CASH RECEIVING PROBLEM

AOA sir
when I deposit the cash against the CMD (NADRA KIOSK) date 20-08-2011 they can argu to receive the cash from time 11.55 am. the cashier Haji Mushtaq and another cashier these two person are guilty to collect the cash from franchise in Taunsa Branch Code 1370 the totally staff of UBL is non cooperative with the customer, many people are waited to deposit the cash but cashier are busy in telephone un-necessary call please i requested the management to resolve the problem and confirm the agreement of NADRA KIOSK COLLECTION Payment and deposit the cash time as soon as please
