Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST SHAH MUHAMMED NOONARI, DATA ENTRY OPERATOR NADRA TANDOJAM CENTRE.
R/Sir,
I, the undersigned named Shabbir Ahmed Noonari S/O Shamsuddin Noonari, resident of Village Abdul Haleem Noonari, Union Conical Hateri Post Office Detha Taluka and District Hyderabad (Sindh) hereby submit herewith the following few lines for favour of your kind information and taking necessary action against the concerned defaulters in the best interest of the government.
1) That the recent flood played huge demarages at the District Badin, Mithi, Umarkot, Thatta, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad khan, Mirpur khas and Shaheed Benazirabad for which Sindh Government has declared all those provinces as Calamity hit areas and has announced Special Aid for the peoples at the rate of Rs.20.000/= (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only to each person through the Pakistan Cards.
2) That Shah Muhammed Noonari who is working as Data Entry Operator, NADRA at Tandojam Centre District Hyderabad (Sindh) has issued such false Pakistan Cards to his brothers, relatives, friends and other family members of his friends who are residing at Union Conical Hateri Taluka & District Hyderabad (Sindh) since last more than 30 years and presently all are residing in their previous village as per their addresses mentioned in their concerned Computerized National Identity Cards and Computerized Residential Certificates etc.
3) That being an employee of NADRA, Shah Muhammed Noonari has issued so many false Computerized National Identity Cards and Computerized Residential Certificates by changing their present addresses to his brothers, relatives, neighbor’s friends and family members so that they could get their Pakistan Cards.
4) That it has been observed that there is no rule and law for (Shah Muhammed Noonari, but action is being taken against the other Government employees).
5) That few names of such peoples who are trying themselves to get the Pakistan Cards are submitted herewith for favour of your kind perusal.

6. Sir, the above named persons do not belongs with the Tando Muhammed Khan District neither have any property nor Agricultural land etc, but Abdul Basit Noonari has issued false Computerized National Identity Cards and Computerized Residential Certificates by getting the bribe from them as per his own wish.
7. Further, Shah Muhammed Noonari ask the Afghani Pathans person and poor Labourers working in the different Bathies of Bricks for issue them new Computerized National Identity Cards, Computerized Residential Certificates and Pakistan Cards by obtaining huge bribe from them.
8. Sir, during the last year flood in the year 2010, Abdul Basit Noonari has made so many corruptions as per his habit and given huge demurrage to Government ,therefore to ovide further demurrage to Government a Committee may Kindly be Constituted to Conduct an enquiry on this important matter and take necessary action against the concerned persons.
An early action in the matter is requested.
