Complaint Over Complaint

I have launched complaint @ 26 Dec 2011 at NADRA'S Complaint Management System while complaint No. is YDPD46YRNH. I am surprised that even after 2 reminders still no even bothered to look into it.

Orginal Complaint sent to Nadra : (My Nicop card and your English record show my correct full name while your Urdu record hold my last name as "Khanum" instead of "Khan". This is an obvious typing error on your part. I request you to correct the mistake at your very earliest since I have to suffer with it every time my details get verified.Regards.)
