CORRECTION OF CNIC NO. IN “NADRA” LIST FOR FLOOD RELIEF (WATAN) CARD FOR KKP.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I am living in Mohallah Awal Khail village and post office Lund khawar Tehsil Takht Bhai District Mardan under the Union Council Lund Khawar.

I am holder of my correct CNIC No. 16102-9000168-3 already issued by the NADRA authority. During the last months heavy rains and flood, my house room, veranda and boundary wall has been totally damaged and that was not able for living more. In this regard I reported to my local union council for relief to Govt: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa accordingly. The details have been reported by concerned Patwary and Thsildar to your kind authority for further favorable action. In this regard, your kind office and NADRA has been listed the same, but unfortunately my card No. in listed with clerical mistake by CNIC No. 19102-9000168-3 instead of 16102-9000168-3 which showing as per NADRA Not verified list at S/No, 631 however the name and address is correct.

You are requested to kindly correct my CNIC No. as given above in your record for further clarification to NADRA, so that I may receive “WATAN” card.
