Nadra Complaints - correction of data base

I had subitted my duplicate id card in the month of october but still the nadra illetrate workers sitting on the higher posts is not solving this problem and i am very much in tension that hw it will resolve.my id card varification shows that im suspect due to dewel id card and it gives me trouble for every matters,
so don't know when i'll get my clearence id status god knows but im not happy with the performence of nadra as i had paid 10.000 ten thousand rupees for cancelation of my 2nd id card in the month of october and now its december and still there is no record in nadra that i have paid this amount.
i don't know hw this problem will resolveand who will resolve it.

i want to chek my childerns b-form online on computer while sitting at home.i can provide my id card number for this.how can i view the b-form on computer or my e-mail ????????

i am married and have a son and wife but my family no. is same as my father. Sir recently my card expired and i get new card then i tell and nadra employee put my information but sir my family no. not changed. now there is flood comes as u know and our houses destroyed and we fell in loss. Sir now i want to get watan card and there is problem of family no.
now sir i want to get please please if u can help me i shall be thankful to u and pray for u and u r family. please sir solve my problem and now NADRA stopped modification hence i am not illegible. District Muzaffargarh
