NADRA Complaints - DELAY IN GETTING B'FORM

WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT B FORM OF MY CHILDREN

Sir,
i want to make my passport but i dont have my Bform.What should i do. i am very tense.please tell me the solution.

this so called Fast track of NADRA. we applied form B for our baby on fast track system fee Rs.500 they took details and rested us for 4 or 5 days but now its more them 8 days we dint get any form B. we have to apply for passport and visa but nobody there to hear us. we are helpless... what to do.

sir i submitt my childer documents for form b argently.let me tell me when you will issue this form b.

My CNIC NO Is 33201-5542702-1,Issued on 18/02/2003 with the adress of tehsil CHINIOT,DIST JHANG.Now issue is this,My daughter is promoted in to 9th class through PEC Examination this year.Now her CCRC is reqried on her school administration demand.ON cont to NADRA CHINIOT Office,they inform me due to decleared by Pujab Govt that w.e.f 1/7/2009 CHINIOT will be worked as a sepreat dist .due to this change this is compelsory for pairents that they should obtained thier CNIC in which they are mentioned in adrees CHINIOT as a district .I will be paid Rs 1000 per card as a official Got fee.ofter this NADRA would be able to give me CCRC on my newly requiest,newly procedure.newly fee .I want to know the correct procedure with correct ruls correct fee and correct path.I Wants only form,B.at earliest,

salaam, sir i want to join pak army, last date of submission of form is 24 of may, but i have not b-form, i have my old b-form which is not valid, plz help me it is a golden chance for ma plzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I submitted the form B application for my son two times in 2008 at NADRA office Nowshera and was told it could not be made as my wife is registered unmarried in the data.Whereas i got her new id card with my name as her husband in 2007.what a lame system and lame attitude of NADRA.my cnic # is 37405-3005958-5
