nadra Complaints - duplicate card clearance

Dear Sir,

I forget my. Nadra ID Card i want to issue new ID card from your office please send me the apply procedure and fee of the same.

The request is most urgent

will u plz correct the system of nadara cnic. what a bd services are u providing to citizens of Pakistan. u di dnt make any web pag from we chk our cnic status. After ll we all lived in Pakistan so i suggest you to plz dont do with our people like this they are wasting there time out of ur offices and no one get them all the csr and other officers are busy and enjoying sitting in office. they dont no the man standing out side the window may be he is patient of heat or sugar patient bt your dam csr didnt feel this. So i have request you plz chq your sytem and the Pakistani citizens. thnx

main ne apna id card banwayatha mujhe pata nahe ab nadra ke tarf se eek aur id card ka number show ho raha he bank main main account bhe nahe open karwa sakta pata nahe ye newnumber kesy aaya he main ne to one he id card banwaya he ye dosra wala number kasy aur kyon show ho raha he plese solve my problem my id card number he 36104-4269251-1 plese solve my broblem

Good evening dear sir ,i am holding duplicate card .i visit NADRA office for cancelation duplicate card.i payed 10000 rupees fine.on june1 2010.my form no is WH00239737 AND TOKEN NO 505.SIR PLZ,REPLYme that my duplicate card is cancelled .i will be greatful to u.thanks.

Wrong DUP in the NADRA Fault. I got double CNICs and Went to Surrender one of them as per NADRA Laws. But the Database of NADRA Showing two other CNICs of the someone else, i mean (Four CNICs) are showing against my one CNICs. Complaint No. 116420 has been sent to NDWH NADRA but no responce. Because of WRONG DUP i cann't surrender my REAL DUP. please help me to clear the WRONG DUP. i have obtained one PASSPORT now NDWH NADRA has put objection that i have got TWO PASSPORTs. that's not true. it is all because of NADRA Fault to clear my WRONG DUP / UNIQUE DUP. reply on my e-mail.

This is My NIC # 42501-4362446-6.after my marriage i went to Nadra office for changing my name.but i went to collect my NIC card they refused me and said that you have dual card and your card has blocked from head office when i went to head office for further inquiry they said you first paid 10,000 for cancellation of NIC but we dont know about that nic because in 2002 i have submitted application for My NIC card but after one year i didnot received my NIC Card then i have changed my home.after one year i went again to nadra office and submitted application for my NIC card and i have received this one after 30 days but after 6 years i want to change my nic with my Husband name and i have submitted my old NIC card into nadra office but after some days they refused me and blocked my NIC card for dual purpose.the card that i didnot used and i didnt knw about that card then how i paid for this much amount.but i agreed to pay this amount but after some days they said you have one card more and now you have to paid 20,000.how its possible?we did not receive any card then why i paid this to much amount i didnt collect any these card then how i paid?please help me i dont have this to much amount...

Subject: Delayed in issuance of CNIC:82201-5984964-3 (Since Three Months)
With reference to the above cited subject, I, Lall Hussain S/O Muhammad Younis bearing CNIC 82201-5984964-3, have submitted my application for “Change of District in CNIC (A)” as Neelum A.K. in place of Muzaffarabad A.K. on 15th of September, 2010 with urgent fee of Rs.200. I received the token and was instructed for photograph and was done accordingly. During that time none of your Employee asked for further process i.e. finger prints, form etc. and as for me, I known/think that rest of information is already stored in NADRA database, so they won’t require further information and I returned back with that token to home. After 15 days on 1st of October, 2010, I went to your NADRA office at Muzaffarabad A.K. with the token, when one of your employee entered the token number in the database, he replied that your CNIC has been cancelled due to lack of information provided during your process on September 15, 2010 and you have to supply all the information again with the fee, otherwise we may do nothing because your CNIC has been cancelled at the main NADRA server.
So, I again proceed on same day on October 01, 2010 with token No. 123, proceed for Photograph, Finger Prints, and at last for Form No. MZ00410350 with a urgent fee of Rs.200 of 15 days processing and on next day submitted the attested form with original CNIC (Copy enclosed here). So, when I went there on 15th of October, 2010 to receive/collect the CNIC, I come across with another astonishing incident that you have a Double CNICs and your CNIC have been blocked until clearance.

Now, according to the above situation, what is my fault??? If it has happened, all due to the lack of guidance/assistance/briefing of your employees at NADRA office, who do not properly guiding the customer.
One thing I admit that, before 10 years ago, when I was of the age of 18, and CNICs first time introduced by NADRA, I have applied for it, but after a period of three Years I don’t receive any kind of CNIC. Because at that time I required CNIC for my education purposes, and most of the people advise that now NADRA again collecting the information and supply CNIC within a month, So everyone with this situation is applying again. I have applied again and receive my current CNIC. After couple of months and passing of more than three years period I received the previous CNIC for which I applied earlier. I don’t have any kind of such concern and I deposited/submitted that original CNIC at NADRA office Muzaffarabad on the same day, on which I receive it. I even not retain a copy of that CNIC. So, this incident also happened due to lack of information/processing of NADRA. But, however, I have no concern with it, because I even not contain that CNIC with me for a single day.
