Eligble for Watan Card

sir my name is Umer Farooqe Sir i am Shift last 2 years With my Faimly by Madrsa Teacher in dist Thatta vallage Allah Bachayoo Baber U.C Jherruck.
i have also lost my home and other lugagejes in sailab
but my NIC Address is in Dist Tando Muhammad Khan Vallage Muhammad Ali Zaur.
and i have not recieve any token or watan card please help me,
i am a diisable .
