NADRA and its employees are facilitating the Government and other public sectors Department but it self NADRA employees are deliberately ignored by the Government and NADRA Authorities to Regularized, they are suffering alot and deprived form their basic rights.
So we are requesting NADRA Authorities do not create hurdles in the regularization process.
In this regard we are appreciating the efforts of NADRA Chairmen.

organization which providing nationality ,employee are without job security and without basic job facility ,pension,annauty,self respect,normally people asked to leave job ,with one month notice and when they asked to be permenant,they get fire,hard in their tone,not know their jobs even setting at Manager technical job,not know to use keyborad,not know what are projects,simple expliting right of lower level employees.

An other discrimination and nepotism is being observed during distribution of Fast Track Allowance at R/PHQ level. Fast Track is not disributing as per POLICY. Local management is distriburing to those who are favourite, they have malafied intentions. At PHQ Lahore, Mr. Kashif Nazeer, RMA, Major Shabbir Bhatti, Manager Ops etc are distrubing to those who are near to them. In a same scale, different people have different Fast Track Allowance. There is not unified criteria. Totally baseless policy. Who will stop this unjustice.
