Respectable Sir,
1st of all we the Nadra Employees are very thankful to this Democratic government and the Honorable Nadra Chairman Ali Arshad Hakeem and Deputy Chairman Tarique Malik for their best efforts to rise the salaries of poor Nadra civilian employees which were ceased for 5 years in previous government.
Sir we want to share our current problems with you which we are still facing under your kind leadership.
1. Sir, there are still retired Army Officers posted on key posts in Nadra; as Nadra is an IT based organization, and unfortunately our respectable retired Army Officers are strange to computer technology.
2. Comparing to Civilian Officers, army officers are getting huge salaries even 2 times more working on same position.
3. Sir, there are too much violation of SOPs regarding the promotions in Sukkur Region, Only favorite persons list is provided to HQ Board to Promote, this reflect Favoritism and violation of merit, while Promotion Board should only consider on merit basis like seniority, AAR reports, performance reports and previous disciplinary records. Sir we are requesting to you kindly direct HR and other concerned sections to work out on these figures and promote those who are eligible.
4. A person which left NADRA for money in crucial time was reappointed in May-2009 as “Senior System Administrator “and promoted in probation period as Acting Manager Ops, which is violation of Nadra Policies, while Officers like Mr. Furqan Shaikh and Noman Khan with Same Scales. Mr. Ghulam Mustafa is favorite of our Ex-GM Col. Khalid Khan and current A/GM Col. Khalid Manzoor Khattak, rumors are that now he is being promoted to “Manager Tech” position. Sir is it justice with those who are senior than him?, he is being just promoted because he is favorite of authorities. People like Mr. Ghulam Mustafa is of very malicious nature.
5. In last promotion board seniors were totally ignored and juniors were promoted to the post of “Senior System Engineers and Deputy Managers”. Ignored officers like Abdul Manan Soomro and Ali Ahmed Arain are very talented System Engineers and juniors like Anees Mangi, Zulfiqar Qureshi and Nasir Arain,Abid Tanwary were promoted.
6. Sir, some officers in RHQ Sukkur are never transferred to anywhere because of their approaches and references, like Mr. SA TST Muhammad Furqan, PM Noman Khan, DM Shafique Arain, Atti-ur-Rehman, Iqbal Soomro, Agha Waseem, Abdul Samad, DM Abid Hussain Tanwri, DM Muhammad Hamid Ali and many others. While every NRC/MRV incharges and DEOs are transferred to remote locations randomly. RHQ Officers should be transferred to other RHQs/PHQs for getting more experience and further learning.
7. Sir, in current promotion board there is no any good news for AM, SEs which are working on same post more than 3 years. No any promotion or no increment in salary for them. Hope that you will consider this.
8. Sir, Sunday is a holiday for All other than NADRA employees, our A/GM giving orders to work on Sunday and give booking over 300 per DAUs. Approximately 10 minutes are minimum required to process an applicant, it means 3000 minutes (50 hours) are required to do so. It reflects garbage data collected by our colleagues because our A/GM only focusing on Quantity not Quality.
9. Nowadays he has introduced a new trend of arranging “Registration Mela” on Sundays, Sir when we get any type of favor from political persons, notable persons for arranging such Melas and in returns they use to demand illegal means.
10. The angels of RHQ (Vigilance Officers) are just working on this point that we are only guilty.
11. And finally sir, we request to you kindly regularize all Nadra employees as soon as possible, as we are too much frustrated now. We are about to become patients of depression.

1. It is submitted that the allegation level lad against me in the statement of allegations are true to the extend that:-
a. I processed CNIC. No 38402-853086-9 pertaining to Mr. Imam Bukash with my Own thumb impression. But I did so with no ulterior motives or claim intent. Following points support my assertion in this regard.
b. On 04-08-2005 our center was burdened by unusual rush of work as 51 token had been issued by 1000 hours. Further that the computer was not saving the thumb impression of the above named individual despite my repeated attempts as his thumb impressions were dim/poor. I did so only to get over with his data and to move on to the next token.
c. I was terminated on 24-11-2007 that two and three months after the commission of this mistake. During this entire period no evidence exists of my misuse or committed by me as a result of this mistake.
d. Once my CNIC was dup I informed my RHQ in writing through Letter No.10063/SWL/228/P dated 05-09-207 and produced that individual also with whom my CNIC was dup the RHQ carried out detailed investigation by sending a rep to verify the facts from my village and the other individual’s village posses separate CNIC .s and their CNIC may be correct.
e. After my transfer to Thesil Sahiwal during the period from may 2005 to Nov 2007 once I was terminated. I worked very hard and with honesty as a result of which I was promoted from data entry to DEO/NICOP and again as CRMS Supervisor, which is enough proof of my dedication and hard work.
f. That I was inexperienced and immature at that time and did not realize fully the implications/consequences of my mistake at that time, which I realize now, and shall be extremely careful in future.
2. I am 33 years old and a graduate and am the only son of my poor and old parents who are totally dependent upon me. I am unable to apply for any other Government service at this stage of my life. Therefore I request for my kindness/mercy.
3. Keeping above in view it is humbly requested that my innocent mistake be over looked and me and my family may not be deprived of our lively-hood as I had no ulterior motives or mala-fide intent in doing so

Dear
I also belong to NADRA and i really want to thank for rise in salaries.
However there is a major problem of retired army officers, as if i know, there are nearly 45+ officers at different but important posts and this is a major cause due to which, the eligible but civilian employees are not being promoted to higher levels even having great knowledge and expertise in IT and computer.
These officers should personally feel shame on occupying the key seats without being eligible but only the higher army ranks.
I request the concerning authorities to see this problem as these officers can live easily with their pensions and funds and so many other felicities provided by army but NADRA employees are deserving for these seats now.

I have registered with nadra pakistan in 2007 and I have recived my id card in 2009 but when I see my information it was wrong the name, family number and date of birth is wrong, I' ve all the information with proof but the officer didn't ask me any question about my information without my name. I have many problems due to my id card kindly give me a way to solve this problem. my cnic number is 42401-8005363-5 and my father cnic number is 16202-0998859-5

As a student of Economics, i agree with you to increase your salaries. They are also facing inflation situation. But as a customer of NADRA, i strongly disagree with this issue. I know all employees are not same there are many hard-worker, honest and dutiful employees. You all a question in your mind that why he is aginst our employees. Therefore, i would like to tell my problem and its effect on my life.
I was working in Dubai and only due to NADRA i lost my job. I am jobless due to NADRA. I applied for the renewal of my CNIC and came to know DUP CASE. So they blocked my CNIC. They not only blocked my CNIC, they blocked my all activities because CNIC is GREEN CARD to live in Pakistan. They asked me to pay 10,000 to clear this DUP CASE, but i didn't pay because it was not my fault.
I applied for CNIC in 2003 on manually filled form but could not receive card and NADRA officer told me to apply again and then again i applied in same center for CNIC. In this way, i received one CNIC. After seven years they said you have two CNICs. But i received only one. I ask one question to NADRA, when i went to NADRA office for NICOP card, to change wife name, for B- forms of kids, why not informed me that time. Now you all people are blaming me for this problem. Any one of you can satisfy me regarding my case if yes please reply me.

RESPECTED SIR , i am working in nadra as a data entry operator(Nicop) since 29-06-2005. Permotion board has not update may scale from T-1 to T-2 in my against other employes they are joined nadra after my joining their scales is updated but my scale is still T-1. i requested , Please update my Scale from T-1 to T-2 as per my service.

sir, i am ex emp of nadra phq karachi i am working at nadra scince 9 years on the month of aprail i will recevied a latter contract expire and i send application to chairman nadra in moth of aug islamabad hq send a letter to phq to re instate the emp letter no. nadra/hr/reinstate/17/lhr,but still i am not re-instate. sir kindly take any action plz .

I submit my passport for renewal 3/1/2011 in Qatar Pak Embassy urgent basis .
its showed be delivered in 10 or 2o days but its not yet.
Now, my company wants to send me Pakistan for vacation but I cannot travel
On expire passport.
The Passport official of Qatar said NADRA Islamabad Block your
NIC# 14101-7058014-1 in ACF case but I already clear and this suspected case in Pakistan from NADRA Headquarter Peshawar and Islamabad I provided all the required data to him .
So, Please Help me because I can’t traveling on Expire Passport which is Expire on 13/1/2011and also its consents my job .
Please Help me my flight to Pakistan 1/2/2011.

I am also a nadra employee. The board for promotion for the yera of 2011 is soon to be held. And Now i am very sure that this time thouse employees then again be promoted who has links with higher authorities. Seniors and Hard working employees will be also this time ignored. Please take necessary actions and instruct to your subbordinates to have a eye one those shortcut persons. so that should feel prond to be a NADRA Employee.

me nay koi 6 / 7 baar Nadra Islamabad ma Data Entry Operator ki job k lia test diya ore pass b ho jata tha test ma ore list ma mera naam b aa jata tha , but Nadra walay sirf apny bandoo ko hi data entry operator ki job daytay hain marrot par nai rakhtay, yeh shikayat ha muje ko NADRA say, k is ma corruption bohat ha ore jo baray baray officer hotay hain woh apny banday rakhwa laytay hain ore jo marror par aatay hain unko nai rakhtay, me bohat dafa test ma pass howa ore pehli list ma mera naam b aaya, but phir b unhoo nay job nai di, kion k unhoo nay apny log jo rakhnay hotay hain phir woh marrot par job kasay day saktay hain ? woh sirf apny logo ko ya jinka koi Reference hota ha unko hi job daytay hain, marrot par aanay waloo ko nai, agar aasa hi haal raha ore aasy hi log idaro ma aatay rahay to phir Pakistan ka kya haal hoga, ap khud soch saktay hain.....
