i add forum b' for urgent paid for 500 rupees, opreter ask me after four days your compleet forum b, you will get. i add forum b, on date 3.3.10 now 13.3.10 but my forum b, is not made. pls telme why you get 500 rupees if you cant give me in your remaining time. kindlly bring back my extra 450 rupees . your normal fee is 50 ruppes which you will give on that of after ten days.

I submitted my child B-Form application in nadra Wah cantt branch on 20, March/2010.
Several time i visit in your wah cantt branch but in vain thay give me more time what' wrong with your working normely you delivers B-Form with in 10 days now 1 month 6 days past away and your staff working zero why?

So, please persiew my complaint and your quick action will be appricated in this regards.

I submitted my child B-Form application on 20,March/2010 token no 192 but still your department work is zero. I submitted B-Form of your nadra wah cantt branch, and they give me time to time now 1 month and 6 days ago yet not received my child B-Form.

NADRA gujranwala is issuing B-Form with the proof of School Certificated, Birth Certificate, But in Phalia (M.B.Din) NADRA is asking for only Birth Certificate. I have not been registered in union counsil. Registration for exams is about end. To aquire Birth Certificate is a big issue. I hate this system. Who wil be responsible for my registration in BISE.
