Sir My name is Naseem Akhtar of Ghotki I made CNIC my gender was changed as male to female I contect with the Nadra Office Ghotki they told me that original NIC will credit and new/ other nic will be issue to you after correction but 5 months has been done but no suitable reply have come from the nadra office ghotki my age is going to over kindly consider my request my NIC No.451027467190-6 form no.GA00228630 token no.29 dated Aug;9/2011
