How to Narrate ID Card in Englist

Hi,

as we all know that in Pakistan we are all given id cards in Urdu language. I have to verify my identification online to a us company and they are asking for my id card, obviously they can't verify my id card in urdu, they asked me to narrate my id card in English and then send them.

So please tell me how can i narrate my id card in English
