I have not recieved my I.D card

i have submitted my application on 21st july and still have not recieved my I.D card

i am muhammad naveed from lahore sir i make english id card on date 22 -07 - 2008.but i can not reaceved till now.i contacet with kasor pora branch wher i make.they say to me that i contacet with you.so sir please send me my id card

My old NIC No is: 26778-537697 and your man entered my Nic Wrong Wrong NIC no:2677-8537692. please Correct my Nic no. & send me my ID card. I submitted All Information on NADRA office. I am Ghulam Shabbir S/O Nazir Ahmad from Rukkan M.B.Din.At this time I `m working in Saudia Arabia.Sir I submit my complete documents for my overseas (NICOP) in the LAHORE OFFICE near PTV CENTRE .id card on date aproximatlly 01 -07 - 2008.but I can not received my NICOP ID card untill now.I many time contacet with nadra local office and exact same branch where I submit the process for NICOP.But still no fullfill.Sir please send me my ID Card on my home address.Rukkan khas distt.M.B.Din

respected sir !
i have submitted my form on 21 feb 2009,,,and my form no is IC00111944 ,,,, but still didnt recieved ID CARD.
i hav done a mistake that i submitted this 2nd form n a problem created ,,,,,,,,,,
now i need ID CARDvery much for my addmisions etc ,,,,,,,,,,
but the management of our regional NADRA cell says i would wait .
plz sir do help me
n take some action in this regard because im facing problem due to the absence of id card,,,,,,,,

i have submitted my form on 25FEB 2009,,and my FORM NO is IC00111944,,,,
but i didnt recieved my ID CARD yet,,,,,
i need NIC CARD in too many matters (for admission etc),,,

Sir i have applied for my new nic on 6 july 2010 they gave me 1 month time but when i came they said you come after 1 week but they didnt gave me my nic. Sir its really very urgent the deadline of my admission is near my nic number is 34202-5548747-3
