I have not recieved my watan card

My name is mian irshad hussain and i belongs to lar janobi mouza bait kaitch tehsil jalal pur pir wala district multan which is flood effected area but i did not get my watan card , my name in the list of DESERVING people of watan card in NADRA . Patwari handed over the slip to recieve the watan card when i reached the nadra counter the nadra authorised persons offered negative response after checking his record which was feeded in computer. It is furthure request kindly help me in this matter if you can. My complete name is Mian irshad hussain s/o Mian jamoon my id card number ir 3631-8251707-1. My mobile phone number is 03086001077.
