Nadra ID Card Married / Unmarried Status

I have applied for my NICOP Modification for KSA (NADRA Receipt/Form Number: ON00136590) on Dated 14-03-2011, when I make this NICOP for Qatar 3 years before Nadra data entry staff done a mistake, mistake was he put my mother name to
the place of my spouse name! while I am still unmarried. Also my Urdu card status is single but English card status is married.
Now I am unable to get my NICOP due to blockage in Nadra System,
Nadra staff tells me that now it is not possible to make you status single, only solution is to make you status widower or divorced or you may get married.
Please suggest me any solution
