NADRA is refusing to issue token for B form

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have visited NADRA--HAIDARI & SITE Offices (Karachi) several times in the last two years to get B form for my Kids. But they refuse to issue token for B form without giving any reason. The say that their Head office has put a ban on B form. I called their complaint number in Islamabad but the line is disconnected without any response.
