Issuance of Waton Card

I am resident of Village Dher Umaid Ali Shah.tahsil & distt Mianwali. I am married & flood effectee. I have one daughter and three Sons. I have 5 family members. Waton Cards have been issued to all my relatives but i am still waiting for it. I launched my complaint in DCO Office, Mianwali on 16-10-2010 but in vain. Plz register me for watan card. My ID no. is 38303-1005733-5.
