1I was very surprised when I was trying to renew my CNIC, NADRA office (New Karachi) told me pls. show old one (manual NIC) card of your father / Mother. I was the very unlucky person who did not get father NIC in "Versa".
2> no documented procedure is available in office or web site. No check list or other standard operation procedure posted in office or with staff.
3> no telephone nos NADRA office found in NADRA web site
It is requested to NADRA, Please takes immediate corrective actions and obliged.

ITS TRUE.IF THE PERSON'S PARENTS DIDN'T HAVE THE ID CARD THEY REFUSE TO US ,I THINK IT MEANS, OR THEY WANT THAT MISTAKE IS REPEATED BY ANOTHER OFFSPRING N SO ON.IN OTHER COUNTRY IF THE PERSON BORN IN THAT COUNTRY YOU R CONSIDER TO BE A CITIZEN.N YOUHAVE GOT ALL THE RIGHTS. SPECIALLY I SEEN THIS KIND OF CASES IN ,NORTH KARACHI,NEW KARACHI,ORANGI...N SO MANY AREAS ALSO.
DESPITE OF THESE THERE IS A LOT OF COMPLICATIONS IN PROCEDURE.
IN THE NADRA OFFICIAL WEB SITE SHOW THAT ,APPLICANT HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET NADRA CNIC CARD WHICH HAVE ANY OF ONE DOCOUMENT ,BIRTH CERTIFICATE,OR OLD CNIC,OR MATRIC CERTIFICATE,OR MIGRATION CERTIFICATE,.BUT NON OF THE NADRA SWIF WEAR ABEY THIS.
N THERE IS A LOT MORE INCOMPLETION OPTIONS N CATEGORIES..........WHAT ABOUT DUAL NATIONALITY CITIZENS GIVE THE FACILITIES.......
i have the old nic no how can i get the new one...?

Here is sajjad sarwar from lahore. Currently i am employe of NADRA at
LAHORE. sir my relative face a big problem. he apply two time for CNIC
mistakely once from center and secondly from a Mobile van. and then the
data can't be send by NRC. Dear Sir they telling about GM's Letter. so i
am willing to contact you abut this matter the detail of Shabbir is
given bellow.

I have already applied for NIC vide tokan no.AB00566777 dated 22.04.2010.nd also deposited the urgent fee Rs.1000/- but till awaiting .its true am pakistani the govt prove it .Thanks nadra, for missing all the chances of entry tests due to NIC.
Dear I Already worked in NADRA....
Nadra main fraud kay elawa kuch b nehe hota... sirf logon ko zalil kurna inka kam hay bus...
isilye main nay NADRA ko chor dia hay or sab kay sab haram khtay hain....
Jis kay pas reference ho to uska kam mints main ho jata hay or jis kay pas koi reference na ho wo zalil hota rehta hay uska work... months tak inkay database main objection ki nazar ho jata hay...
bus simply NADRA is foundation for the retired Peoples from Army... ya hum isko Army retired Walfare Trust ka name b day saktay hain....
I am strongly Disagree with those peoples who are agree in the favor of NADRA....
