issuing of WATAN CARD

Hello sir,
my name is, Nasarullah Memon having CNIC# 41206-7074645-9,
address: memon mohalla bubak, talaka: Sehwan sharif, district: dadu.
Im married having one baby, registered in nadra named as RUQYA MEMON.
sir, i belong to Flood effected area, but untill my WATAN CARD is not issued.
Plz issue me Watan card as soon as possible.
