Token no C500006221 and C500006247 for initial preparation of CNIC were issued to Mst Shazia and Mst Naseem Ara on 08 January 2010. But so far the CNIC have not been received.

Kot Ratha Kishen NADRA Office District Kasur.
June 18.2010, RS 00211074 Token No. 4 Issued to Afaq Ali. Same day same time token No. 3 was issued to Waqar Ali. It was clearly told that they are Twin .
On 3rd July 2010 received the NIC of Waqar Ali. But the NIC of Afaq Ali was not delivered. Objection was ( data maching. ) The data of both brothers was fed back again The copies of matric certificates. one Diploma in Electronics and other one the copy of Fsc certificate were provided . complaint No.2229. Dated Jul. 27.2010
Complaint No. 148652 dated Aug. 18 . 2010.
Till to date 10. 1.2011 we are suffering , visited the office requested many times. But no body is ready to hear and solve our problem.
