Hello,
I'm an overseas Pakistani (Resident in Singapore) holding a NICOP (Issued in 2004). We are provided Manual Passports by Pakistan High Commission over here. However i wish to perform Hajj in 2009, but Pak. Govt made it mandatory to apply for Hajj using Machine Readable Passport, which is possible only by making in person visit to Regional Passport Office in Pakistan. Which i did by spending 1100 Dollars. My application was submitted successfully.However NADRA has now put an objection that Photo on NICOP does not match with Passport Application photo. I have been asked to update NICOP with fresh photo. NICOP application process from Singapore is roughly 2 months which is too late, i cannot go for Hajj this way.
I really appreciate if this objection can be cleared for me. It is very evident from my recent manual passport issued by High Commission in Pakistan that same NICOP is used in Singapore as well. Manual Passport photo is recent photo which is similar to my MRP application photo. I really appreciate if some one can help me to clear this objection.

i'd suggest to not reveal your ID/NICOP number in public forums as they could be easily misused.
