Missing my computerized NIC

Dear sir,
I missed placed my computerized NIC for a long time.So,kindly manage my new NIC card for using according to legal policy in Pakistan.My NIC# 41303-8811399-7.
You are kindly be requested to issue me my new card in English with the same no. showing as above, if possible.
I hope for taking immediate action on my this serious problem.
so that i may take admission in the university of Sindh.
