My child NICOP late?

Sir.
My name is Dr Ihsan Ullah and I am working in Ireland , I have applied for my child NICOP about 4 months ago and from last 2 months it has gone for printing I could not go any where because my child passport is expired and I have to get his NICOP before I apply for his passport. We been told that it will take 6 weeks for NICOP to be ready but now it seems like it will take more than 6 months . I was under the false impression that nadra is one of the efficient body but I am disappointed that nadra is also lazy like all other institution of our un lucky country
Allah bless us and our beloved country. please note my child NICOP tracking no.1959162
We are looking forward to inqilab in Pakistan. I will appreciate if you can do any thing about this issue.
