My husband name is Muhammad Hayat. This is not my father name.

When I have received FORM from NADRA. That was correct while when NADRA ID Card has been issued to me a big omissin or error occurred. they have showed the name of Muhammad Hayat as my father, while in fact Muhammad Hayat is my Husband name.
What should I do with this now?????????????

it was due to some mistake occured in printing.Just go back to the concern office and handover back the faulty card and you will be given printed correct card processed free
