Nadra Complaints - my nic card is not caming why?

sir,
some five months has gone that i had submitted my forms for seeking CNIC but yet i am on pending. i have not received my id. always they pretend me and tell me to go to this and that branch.
i have valid documents. here is a person whose name is Mr.Dawood shab he demanded from me some Rs10000 which really i could not afford. he sits in double road nadra Quetta.sir plez i need ur great concentration.

i am noor mahammad form quetta. before five months i have submitted my forms but yet i haven't received my id. here is an officer whose name is Mr. Dawood khan. he demanded from me some Rs10000 but i really could not afford now everyday he sends me to one and other. i do have correct documents.i have cnic of my Dad my mom my grand father school certificate,birth certificate,residential local. inspite of these all documents i am unable to receive my ID.dear sir i need your great concentration.
