Nic still not received

i have submitted my application for NIC since 30.12.2009 but still i didnt receive my nic card kindly please give me information regarding my NIC as i really need it for educational purpose my forum number is N500000533 AND TOKEN NO 15.....PLEASE YOUR RESPONSE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED
