my old NICO has an expiry of 5 years with my old picture . i went again after 5 years to make a new NICO and they took a new picture . i went to Nadra exclusive shair-e-quaideen to get my new NICO made and they took a new picture . but when my new card came it had the same old picture but new expiry date
why take a new picture if you are going to put up the old one ?
