NICOP not issued

I have applied for NICOP dated 25/10/2011 form # LM 00349862 token # 35 deposited fees Rs 2250/- in urgent catogary. And up to date i have not received my NICOP. I have submitted my complaint through Nadra complaint management system ticket #QCUAJPTJPX but no response.
