On 26th April I have submitted my form for urgent renewal of my CNIC form # was ww00433306 and Token # was 393 after a week when I contacted at given number 051111786100 at Islamabad they said there is objection of finger prints contact to your NADRA centre (Awami Markaz Karachi) I went there and told them whole story they asked me to give finger prints again we will update your data so I followed the given instruction of your Asst. Manager, but when again I contacted Islamabad after few days then they said your 1st objection is still there we did not get your finger prints updates from Awami Markaz but you have one more objection of Attester CNIC number again contact to your NADRA centre and submit a copy of your Attester CNIC,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when I went there your Manager Mr. Shakoor and Mr.Asfar said people sitting on 051111786100 don’t know the actual procedure we suggest you go through a new process we will issue you new slip of correction otherwise you have to wait a lot for your Cynic’s once again I followed their instruction on 14th May and went through new process with the new form #ww00439390 and Token # 345,once again when I contacted to Islamabad they said there is objection of finger prints now they suggest me again contact to your Nadra centre they will guide you,,,,,,,,,,,when I contacted at Awami markaz this time they asked me to submit a Affidavit regarding finger prints, I have done the same on next day, but after few days when I contacted Islamabad they said we did not received any Affidavit or updates you have to go there again and register your complaint on SRC solution so I again contacted to Awami markaz they again said people sitting in Islamabad don’t know it will be NFC complaint so they did the same and gave me a latter number as well as complaint number 20110528124719,today after one week of complaint I contacted Islamabad they again suggest me to contact your centre because it is not complaint number we did not receive any of updates from Awami markaz.
Now I want to ask you how many times I have to visit Awami Markaz? Since 26th April I have visited there 10 times but nobody listen me and guide me properly.
Why your NADARA staffs are non-cooperative?
Why do not they guide applicant properly?
In my opinion it is bullshit procedure just to tease the applicants, non-cooperation of NADRA staffs this system produced more complication for applicants specially non cooperation of your staffs and misguidance
