Non Receiving of Wattan Card

Dear Sir,
i am flood affectee and i blong to kotaddu District Muzaffargarh.
my houses are effected by flood during flood 2010. My family no is seperate from my other family members and i am also marrid person, despite of it idid not receive watan card tell now.
please register and inlisted my name in NADRA list and also feed in NADRA Computer for receiveing Watan Card. In these circunstances i am eligible to get the watan card therefore my humble submission is that issue me watan card soon.
