not issueing watan cad

i m from village MOHIB BANDA distric nowshera .( THE MOST EFECTED AREA BY FLOOD ) MY NIC NUM IS 17201-2277556-7 SIR i made correction in my cad num 4rm PDMA . but still it is not exist . most people which are not flood efected get there watan cad . I RESQUST 2 U PLZ ISSUE WATAN CAD 2 ME THANKS.
