nadra office at gulshane hadeed closed

I applied for B form of my new born Grand Daughter, Nabiha, at nadra office of Gulshane hadeed on 8th sept,2010 against Token no.28. I paid Rs.500 to get the form urgently .Today I went to collect the form, but found the centre was closed and no relevent person or notic was there indicating the reason of the closeing of office.As the form is required urgently for having passport of the child,I wounder from where to get it, if office also do not open tomorrow or day after towmorrow. Please guide me.
