DIDN'T RECEIVED WATAN CARD

Dear Sir,
My name is Saghir Ahmed Khan S/O Sardar Mumtaz Khan Dahar Mauza Muhammad Murrad Dahar Tehsil Sadiq abad , Disstt. Rahim Yar Khan my NIC# 31303-9156813-7
is affected by flood, i did not received Watan Card yet now. Plz. provide.

My name is M ARIF BHATTI..I am govt servant of PAKISTAN POST OFFICE as postal clerk in jampur dist Rajanpur Punjab and it is flood victim area.I have no recieve watan card.i also complained in DCO office Rajanpur AND COMPLAIN NO 56 DATED 1stNOV,2010.
