Salam, My name is Imran dastgir, my brotherin Law appied NICOP his son (Waiz Khan) they live in USA New York, card was issued (5440116728357)and shipped via DHL vide tracking # (1116654652). After waiting for a long time when enquired from Nadra and DHL they were informed by the DHL concernd person Ms. Cyndi Myers (Research Specialist) that the above mentioned shipment could not be found n the records and has been declared lost. Therefore I request you to kindly guide me what to do and where to go because my brother-n-law authorize me on his behalf to get the duplicate NICOP of his son Waiz Khan.
