Not Issue The Watan Card Where Iam affected In The Flood.

Iam Shamsuddin Panhwer (41201-9062850-3) permanent residence in Village Gul Beg Panhwer Deh (RAP) District Dadu. So our village totally affected in flood sourceble persons can take watan card by source and affected persons are totally remained So please give me Watan Card.
