what can i say about your service.i am nit satisfied, i live in Muzaffarabad i feel lot of difficulties the attitude of the officer and other employers is not good.Very poor service in Muzaffarabad. Need to be improve your service.Passport process is also very slow.I requested that please improve your system.

I applied for a NEW CNIC on the 11th of June 2009 on Fast Track. It has been over a month and not a day has passed that i haven't visited the Ayesha Manzil Nadra Office in Karachi.

I'm already a holder of a Overseas ID card which will expire in 2014. I applied for my passport through my Oversea's ID card but the passport office rejected my form because of a facial block. They told me that i should get a new CNIC and apply again.

My Qatari Visa will expire if i don't visit Qatar every six months, My father has gone through the trouble of trying to extend that time limit by paying a fine.

Everytime I go to the Ayesha Manzil office they always have the same excuse that my finger prints do not match. I have re-given my finger prints 6 times altogether literally.

as salam mu alikum mohmd tufail son of mohd yousef the complaint was was to march 2008 we make complaitn in nadra office the problem is that any one stole his data and his data was verified in lahore,sialkot,islamabad the data was verified in these district the nadra not sent any answer when we ask he say lahore office say go to islamabad and islamad say goo to sialkot he say go there and then he say go there the man who id card problem he work 18 yeras in military {18 months goes we not recive any answer from nadra } the {complaint no is 52617} and{ file no daska00201046} and {token no 54} plz sir verified we have a very serious problem we are very thankful to you if you make this fast thanks khuda hafiz

i have a passport of D G KHAN (region). i applied my family members passpots(wife & three childrens) from 23-12-2009. but still not made .why these are too late.

AOA, it is very strange experience NADRA treats both categories free & an urgent with a same time limit. Mostly employees at NADRA Fortress Stadium did not behave well with their customers. They have no ability to understand the worries of the customers. I apply for CNIC card of my son on urgent basis but after passing one month they are unable to provide me yet. Every time of visit they produce a newly code like DWH, CRC etc and said there is problem with data. we shall send it again Islamabad. It is very wonderful who will remove error of data NADRA or Customer? when I approached at Islamabad they replied Data did not send by NADRA office Lahore. Customer has become rolling stone between Lahore & Islamabad, May I ask form authorities who will remove these hurdles in from of customers. For reference receipt # D300130824 dated 14/6/2010 that is facing problem till now. Although documents are very essential to run the smooth functions of the state but it is the moral duty of the state to make it convenient to the public very first.

AOA, Dear Sir, Please look into the matter, after passing 1 month and 12 days, I am unable to get my son's CNIC card from NADRA Office Fortress Stadium against Token # 427 & Reference # D300130824 dated 14th June, 2010. I have been made rolling stone between Islamabad office & Lahore Fortress Office. Fortress Office Mr. Imran & Mr Jehanzeb toled me that we have uploaded concerned data for Islamabad office & Islamabad office replied me that there is no data regarding your reference no. Please convey my message to the concerned authorities, how much time is required to make a CNIC on urgent basis. I think, after the Prime Minister's announcement CNIC cards will be provided free of cost in lieu of this NADRA Authorities are giving full attention to the FAST Track where NADRA earning is Rs.1000 per each CNIC card. I again request to the concerned authorities please do the needful for us (means for the poor people who are not able to avail FAST Track service). Thanks
