Nadra Complaints - Passport Issue

Asslam-o-Alaikum,
Dear Sir, I am from kuwait, my mother has submitted new passport application on dated 17, July 2009. due to her old passport had been expired according to new visa policy in aborad must be required computerised passport but until now she did'nt get her passport as they call on 27, July 2009 and after they said come at 17, August 2009. please give the personal favour and issue the new possport of my mother having ID # 35200-1428980-4 with token no. 105 RPO Lahore Pakistan.
waiting a favourable response as early as regards.

i am 100 percent agree with this complaint coz there are no systemetic way to treat the applicants the office managers having their own agents which are processing passport like that which are block in SI system and required some verification from the NADRA and they process by taking 1000 to 2000 rupees so these kind of issue must have to resolve to make the passport process fair

Sir, The Pasport system has significantly improved however there are few areas which are desparately felt if you go to the office:

a) Often you'll find people with "Source" and they are given preference and are dealt without Que. I wish a monitoring system to check if process is working in que or not. I am sure it can be done.

b) Once the Assistant Director gives back you slip after keeping the documents, their is no stamp - no counter slip. How one can be sure that documents have actually been submitted.

I am sure above would have atleast 'Some' effect if not much.

but till date not received 02.12.2009 i went to saddar office he told me 5 days after bring the passport

i was applyig renew passport 26jan2010 normal fee and normal dilvery time 12 workinng days but passport office staff write on silp 35 days but iam going after 35 days so i cant recive my passport staff said me after 1 mounth u get passport i ask dear directer gernal passport officer what is this if u dont make with in 12 days so why u write in counter silp u write in silp after 70days ok thanks

i applied for new passport 12 feb 2010 normal fee noemal dilevery time12 working days but pass port office satff wrote on silp 35 days i went after 35 days 7 april 2010 staff wotre this is late u can get passport after 26 days i want to ask what is this mr director genernal

O Bhai Passport department is seperate from NADRA.
NADRA has no any concern with Passport department.

i am living in spain i entered my lost passport form in consulate barcelona at 25th march 2010, but after passed 40 days consulat couldnot recieve confirmation from gujrat passpot office. sir 18ht of this month my duration of staying in spain will copleted and i am lating for immigeration, sir i cannot think the delaying a computerized passport confirmation. please sir help me.
