Passport number

I have lost my passport.please verify passport was issued to me and send my passport number.my Id card number is 42000-0508580-5.

Sir,i have not recieved my passport yet.my delivery date was 21/jan/2010
and till now i have not recieved my passport yet.the office wfere i am going to get my passport.they only gives time to me.they are saying that wait for 15 days..when i go 15 days later than they are again saying wait for 10 days.for how many days i should wait??
sir kindly please do anything for me.
My passport token number is= 10501113444
Name= syed talib hussain
Citizen= 54400-1774144-1
Passport type= ordinary
Aplication type= new
Application urgency= normal
Expected delivery date= 21/jan/2010

today is 5/4/2011 by officer still say's ask after 20 more date .i m surprise what i do ????
