payment not recieved

Respected sir. my name is Mohram Ali s/o Abdul Ghafoor permanent resident of tehsil Lehri District sibi, NIC No. 5530303424599. sir with humble submission i beg to say that i am also flood affectee and belong to poor and back word area sir i received watan card but still my amount is renaming and when i approached and used my ATM card the amount is showing . oo and i also complained to concern bank but all in vain , sir my watan Card No. is (4214854205150000) so having above submissions and with your sympathetic consideration to please take your kind action. i shall be thankfull to you and pray for your long life.

sir i moved my complain subjected "payment not received" through bolta consumer but still no reply took place so it is requested to please consider my humble submission with sympathetic consideration .
