please make my watan card

Dear sir i and my family very affected for the flood. Sir i belongs to district nowshehra village khuderzai mohharllah sammandar ghari post office pabbi.
Sir here in our village alot of peoples affected for the flood in now very few persons make wantan card who are they are those who belongs to a political party sir i am in the one that i not recive my own want card .
Sir i request you that please register my information for the watan card.
