Poor performance of NADRA

I had old ID card before this NADRA system. On the basis of old ID card i applied for CNIC on manually filled form. Unfortunately, i couldn't get CNIC. One officer at NADRA office asked me to buy a token for fresh card and all procedure will be conduct in office. So after six months of old application, i applied again in same center. and after one and half month i could received my CNIC.
I used my CNIC for the application of NICOP, Computerized passport, after marriage change of wife name and B-forms of two kids. But nobody informed me that in database i have two CNICs.
Now when i applied for the renewal of my CNIC they blocked it and asked me to clear Dup Case with 10,000 fee.
I want to ask some questions to NADRA.
1- If one of my application was in database why asked me to apply again. Or why not informed me that time that your case is under process.
2- Now with help of e Sahulat i could see copy of my other CNIC and i am surprised which application i sumbitted six months before CNIC issued later and which i applied later issued first.There is one month difference of issuance date.
3- Why not deliver me my both CNIC card? I received only one.
4- I applied for NICOP in 2006, paid fee, given all fingers impressions and signature. But not issued me. I was not in country so could not follow up. When i asked Nadra Headquarter, they said "your application was rejected in 2006 due to System Independent and was approved in 2008 so now you go and ask them to re-export form from Head Quarter Nadra OR apply for fresh with new fee". If it was accepted or rejected what is my fault why not issued me. Or how itself approved because i didn't submit any document.
It is our habit to transfer our mistakes to others. And Nadra is tranfering its mistakes to customers. Mistake in name, father's name, date of birth and address is common mistakes of Nadra. But always they will ask you pay amendment fee to clear this mistake.
Now from two months from local center to Head quarter i have called but no positive reply. They have one answer" oh we can not do any thing you have to pay 10,000. Why you applied two times."
Nobody understand, i was not keen to apply again, Nadra officer asked me to do so. But what is Nadra system from same center customer is applying second time but they could not find it.
I am jobless only due to NADRA. Because CNIC is Green Card to live in Pakistan. I can not go abroad.

Bad Service in Sahiwal of Nadra.

bro i applied 4 times. pakistani people are wroking in nadra office so you know how its going to be.

i also applied nicop card for my daughter i went to london office i submitted with the application uk birth certificate and also pakistani passport of my daughter on both document the date of birth was written correct i.e 10-09-2006 but when i received my daughter card the date of birth is written 10-09-2000 that was mistake of office but when i phoned them they told to apply for modification although this was clearly mistake of the nadra office but i apply for modification on 11-09-2009 with the form no bc00097233 token no 44 with the new fee and surender the other card.now i am waiting for my daughter card more then one and half year and when ever i contacted them every time there is new demand now they told me to get degree from the court in pakistan for the coorection of mistake of their office.i have to go pakistan from uk and spent more then one thousand pound to get my daughter nicop card. they do not beleive that date of birth written uk birth certificate is coorect and they donot trust the dob on passport now what should i do........

from dadu, sir hamare yahan nadra ka behaviour logon ke sath bohat bura hae wo logon ko abuse galiyan bilkhosos ladies ke sath .sir aur extra fees laten hain jab mein kal apni wife ka card banwane ke liye nadra office gaya to un logon ne mujh se ordinary card banane ke fees 1000 rupees mange aur bola ke card banane ke yahe fees hae jo ke ap ko dene hogae mein ne kaha ke ap dosaron se 300 rupee le rahe hain aur kise se 500 too mujh se 1000 rupee kun to us pe nadra ka big officer jo bade chair pe batha tha to us ne mujhe kaha ke fees yahe hogae agar banwana hae to bolo warna tm yahan se bahar niklo fees 1000 se kam nahe hogae jis ko bolana hae jake bolo hm nahe banake dangae.us tarah baat karne pe wo naraz ho gaya aur mujhe card banwae bagar bahar nikal diya hm gareeb log hain plz un corapt officers se hm logon ko bachao.warna ye logon se apne agents ke zareea 1000 ya us se bhe ziyda fees wasool karte rahe gae.ap ke bade maharbani hogae. from"/.? ali anwer jamali.from district headquarter dadu sindh.

Dear Sir,

When i went to the bank to open my account,bank official told me that your CNIC is suspected that time i was upset that what happened.

After that,i went to Nadra office to confirm this matter,they told me you should get CNIC verification from Nadra kiasik.
Therefore i got the CNIC verification there was mentioned as holding more than one ID card.
After that,I have submitted wrong dup case vide acknowledgement no LHR/RCC/004/321 dated 14/11/2011 to registration branch Lahore.

Still registration branch Lahore are not able to solve this matter
Kindly solve this matter as soon as you can.
