It is apprised that about six months ago, I applied for makig my CNIC vide Form # 61975 Token # 43 at Plandri AJK. In response, I receievd a CNIC having all details in my respect thereon but it is astonishing to note that picture of some one unknown girl printed by NADRA officials thereon. I approached NADRA office at Plandri vide complaint # 130491 who admitted their mistake and said that the same will be rectified. In this regard, they again issued a new Form # 69639 Token # 45 to me. Thereafter, passing a few months I again approached for CNIC and they refer me to Islamabad office of NADRA. When I reached Islmabad office, they told me that thumb impression is also pasted of some unknow on my CNIC, hence, now this is also to be rectified. They (NADRA-IBA) further advised me to again approached NADRA Plandri office to have good thumb impression again there.
Please initiate necessary disciplinary action against the officials concerned at NADRA Plandri office to avoid such difficulties for the public and also issue me a correct CNIC on priority basis.
