re_export of data

i have applied for my poc on 9_2_2011 with the form number 123A14948 with the reciept number 00228578 but they is online written thats citizen number not found although i have paid 100 dollars for the cancellation of my NIC so how could this be possible that u have got the canclled NIC but unable to find my citizen number kandly re_export my old data....thanx.....:))))))))
