NADRA Complaints - Renewal Card Apply on Jul 08, 2008, not received yet

i want to check latest stats of my wife id card

asma mehmood w/o imran jahangir id card no.3520237072534

sir i have submitted my form on jan for getting new id with my husband name my previous card number was AM001504199......and new number is written 42101-1647843-4 ......but member of Nadra say it is wrong number ..the photo copy of new card is not available kindly provide me information about
new number id so that i can get new id with my hubby name plz

Sir my old card was expired and I submitt form for renewal of CNIC, Now the card is my centre but the NADRA authorities ask me that you will pay Rs. 10,000/- for CNIC card,
Sir this issue is not understandable that Rs. 10,000/- be prepared from Pakistani Citizen in open words by the authorities of Dera Ghazi Khan NADRA office.
My card # is = 32102-9736022-3, Sehwan Khan S/O Qasman Khan, Basti Jogiyani, P/O Aslam Abad, tehsile & Distt. Dera Ghazi Khan,
& my Form No.: XE00142136 & Token No. 116, Dated May 20,2009 for Duplicate & Renew

Here First I complaint to my project's employee who is very poor.
The problem is the NADRA Dera Ghazi Khan, Jampur responsibilities are very negligence in his behavior. Iasked to you that is it possible a poor person want to renewal his CNIC and he subitt his card and for renewal, the NADRA authority give him a receipt for some weeks that to submitt his renwal card, but he go to office the NADRA authority say that you pay the Rs. 10,000/- for cancellation of two CNIC cards, Sir what is this?
A poor and un-education man only renew his card and how is it possible the authority say him at that time when he renew his card. If the NADRA authority made his two cards, so it is the fault of NADRA not a customer. So, we are going in Consumer Court for our problem with all documentation to case the NADRA authorities of Jampur & Dera Ghazi Khan branches.

I would like to request in your good honour that I Sehwan Khan S/O Fatehan Khan, CNIC #32102-9736022-3, Present Address Basti Jogiani P/O Aslam Abad, Tehsil & District Dera Ghazi Khan, go for renewal of CNIC, on expiry of date at NADRA Centre NSRC Jampur, and I submitted my application vide form # XE00 142/36, Token No. 116, and paid the fee Rs. 200/-, When I go for receiving the same, the call center authorities said to me that two No of card have been issued in your name, that's why you should pay Rs. 10,000/- as fine for issuance of two card, hence I paid only for one card. Two cards has been issued through the center. This is not the fault of customer. I humbly request to solve my genuine problem to avoid me from tension, please.
