Request for activation of watan card

Dear Sir,
here is Yar Muhammad my CNIC 43102-7786257-1 i have received watan card last month 23d september but it is not activated still now so i request to you that kidndly be activate it , that i can recieve the the Fun. my watan card number is 4450 876102545 8000 it is on fron side and back side number is 635 its stand by with signature side .
