SIGNATURE IS MISSING ON ID CARD

I applied for new ID card with the modification of my marital status i submitted the urgent fee for my urgency but when i picked up the card after their processing time period of 15 days i was shocked to see that my signature was missing on that. when i rushed back to Nadra G-8 office for rectification then i was told to reapply the card process means i have to wait for 15 days another to get the card . it too rubbish its not my mistake its the mistakes of scanning and printing persons then why should i face the same problem. so please help me out as soon as possible.
